Terroir
Vouvray appellation, consisting of vines averaging 35 years old. The vineyard covers the freestone, Turonian limestone hillsides, interspersed with confluent valleys and covered with “perruche”, flint clay that produces its mineral character, and “arbuis”, calcareous clay soil that contributes to the power of the sweet wines.
