This assemblage of 70% Chenin, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Cabernet Franc offers you a memorable moment of conviviality. After the second fermentation in bottle, this wine spends a minimum of 18 months aging on the lees. This Crémant de Loire will be your summer essential with its exciting floral semi-dry nose. Perfect match with grilled fish, bruschetta and fruit salads with friends. Crafted by Meredith Feschotte, winemaker in the Loire Valley.

Young vines averaging 25 years old.
Only natural yeasts are used during the three weeks fermentation, added Sulphur is kept to a minimum and the wine undergoes a light filtration before ageing in concrete vats.
